In this masterclass, Aaron Dunn and Tim Miller together they explore the impact of when changes are require with fund trustees and members.
Through the use of our comprehensive Cooper family case study and their respective SMSFs, Aaron and Tim guide you through a range of examples impacting the family members and their SMSFs to understand the various SIS, tax and trust law considerations of these changes.
This 3 hour masterclass covers a range of topics where changes are required, including the addition or removal of fund members, where the fund wishes to changes its trustee structure, the loss of capacity or death of a member, where an individual moves overseas and the impact a trustee becoming disqualified.
The masterclass works through a range of activities, and upon completion you will be required to successfully complete a CPD assessment (quiz) to be issued with a CPD certificate - 4 x CPD hours will be awarded, which incorporates time for pre-reading, the activities and time on the suggested answers.
